Direct Investment

Direct Investment in oil & gas allows you to share in well revenue as a Working Interest Unit Owner. Individual Projects can generate significant returns many times over drilling costs if the well is reasonably productive. This can result in cash flow from monthly or even quarterly distributions for many years.

Production

Exploration and Production (E&P) companies focus on finding hydrocarbon reservoirs, drilling oil and gas wells, producing and selling these materials to be refined later into products such as gasoline. This activity is usually referred to as upstream oil and gas activity.

After Phase #1 (Direct Investment), Kingfisher will enter Phase #2. offering Working Interest Holders an opportunity to convert all or part of their interests into cash, stock, or a combination of each within the upcoming IPO slated to debut in 2019. Phase #1 is all about direct investing, generating cash flow, and rolling over investor capital 3-5 times. In Phase #2, Kingfisher will initiate a Public Offering, under Reg. A+, as early as six months from the first barrels of production. The proceeds will be used to buy-back initial Working Interest Units at the original value plus stock within the public entity – no degradation of value despite the early cash returns already being taken by the investor! Financial Partners retain any cash flowed creating a premium. Mr. Powell’s professional background embodies his experience as a highly skilled Manager and Investment Advisor. He has established himself as a visionary, as well as a result focused upper-level negotiator and facilitator of Oil, Gas, and other Raw Commodity interests internationally. Mr. Powell is an individual who influences and persuades upper echelon executives; whose opinion is highly sought after and whose judgement is respected & trusted.

Ray Contractor

Mr. Contractor has over 10 years of experience working within the Bakken, closely affiliated with organizations including NanoCoat Solutions, CVM Technologies & Duraseal Coatings. Mr. Contractor’s professional background has earned him respectability as a specialist in the process of optimizing Well production yields, while greatly reducing costs. Mr. Contractor brings a tremendous degree of insight into the development of Quality Control as it relates to ecofriendly state of the art fracking processes.

Paul Ward

Strategic Advisor / Business Development

Mr. Ward is a 22-year veteran of the global energy industry, both fossil fuel and renewable, Fortune 100 and Start-Up, visiting more than 35 countries in the process. Paul spent 15 years with the gas turbine and engine divisions of Caterpillar serving the oil and gas and power generation industries worldwide. Paul gained significant experience in the area of renewable energy as head of channel sales for a wind turbine manufacturing start up, where he developed a 50-member global distributor network. He has since consulted on profitable growth, M&A and traditional BD activities with various clients in the energy space. Paul Ward earned a mechanical engineering degree and an MBA at the University College Dublin, Ireland.

Professional Geologist, State of Oklahoma Registration. Masters of Science Degree in Geology. U.S.G.S. Superior Performance Award Recipient for outstanding performance in sub-surface mapping, well site work, microscopic examination and description of well cutting and cores. Mr. Axelsen is highly sought after in areas such as North Dakota, Utah, Oklahoma, Wyoming & Louisiana with a tremendous reputation for identifying profitable prospects.

Pat Lang

Pat Lang has been a key figure at several startup endeavors. He leads IT teams to create beautiful and functional pleasing products. He brings a modern and agile design process to the organization. Using User Experience strategy and prototyping as the core elements to evolving product design,  apps, and usability research. Kane Smith

Kane Smith comes to Kingfisher Corporation with more than a decade of accomplishment-laden experiences including management of multiple Oil & Gas projects, general construction projects and various duties with the United States Army. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Science form Campbell University and graduated from Harvard Business School Owner President Management Program in 2013. Mr. Smith worked in an executive capacity with an Oil & Gas services and technology incubator GRT. Mr. Smith has successful experience managing multiple infrastructure projects including airfields, government facilities, hospitals, base fortifications as well as Oil & Gas assets.

Chris Dorris

Digital Oil Field Technology

Mr. Chris Dorris has a long track record of building successful products and companies. Mr. Dorris began his career in leadership with service in the United States Air Force. In 2006 Mr. Dorris transitioned to the Energy Sector and co-founded an Oil Field Technology Company, RigMinder. The organization produced and developed a gamma logging instrument and full Oil Rig Monitoring Package. Mr. Dorris worked in an executive capacity with an Oil & Gas Services and technology incubator GRT. Mr. Dorris’s organization served private sector customers in non-classified Government Engineering Services, Oil & Gas as well as Agribusiness industries

Jeff Chester

Mr. Jeff Chester has 19 plus years of experience within the Oil & Gas Industry. Mr. Chester has a verifiable history of maximizing underdeveloped oil properties he possesses experience working in an Operator capacity with organizations such as King Operating, Anderson-Drake Partners, Inc. & CWO Energy, LLC. Mr. Chester’s leadership is showcased in his ability to secure quality oil lease acquisitions, heavy machinery knowledge, drilling experience as well as successful completion of oil wells.

George Elias

Oil Field Operations Director

George Elias has worked professionally in a well operations capacity since 1981. George has served in a Lead Management capacity with Enterprise Production, LLC. and established himself by organizing successful Joint Ventures with Haliburton, Dow Chemical, Schlumberger as well as a number of Fortune 1000 organizations. George boasts experience specific to the Oklahoma, Creek County area and has over 146 successfully drilled wells all operating in the black.

Don Pound

Drilling Development Director

Don Pound was established himself as a highly sought-after drilling specialist with 35 years of experience in the business. Serves as the Managing Partner for Bob Pound Drilling, Inc. a very successful Drilling Firm that specializes in Oil & Gas extraction. Don has been responsible for generating millions of dollars in revenue for a large number of organizations across the State of Oklahoma. He has Drilled to date in access of 1,230 wells and counting.  

Mark Wieferich

Consulting Petroleum Engineer

Earned a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College in 2014. Specialized in Petrophysics, geology, log interpretation, reservoir estimation and conventional well stimulation. Conducted specialty tasks for Baker Hughes in the turnkey Drilling Operations Department. In addition, Mark spent time Consulting with Shale Gas Operator Exco Resources, LLC., performed hydraulic fracking optimization.

Jeffrey A. Dracup

Legal Counsel

Dracup & Patterson’s Managing Partner Jeffrey A. Dracup has over 35 years of legal experience in Corporate Law, handling cases throughout California. He received his Doctorate of Law from Loyola Law School in 1983 and was admitted to the California State Bar that same year. Prior to law school, he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979.
